How we protect your data

We protect your data by keeping our security measures and protocols systematically and constantly up-to-date and make regurlar security check-ups and improvements.

What data breach procedures we have in place

In case of a data breach, we will contact the correct authorities and immediately make sure to minimize the effects of such an event, to the best of our capabilities, and investigate and take all the necessary action to prevent that from happening again.

How long we retain your data

Predominantly we retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service or product you requested.

We regurarly, at least four times a year, clean and empty the information we have stored.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

If you join the email list, your data, name and email address, is there until you indicate you want it removed. We will remove your email list data, when you click the “UNSUBSCRIBE” link at the bottom of the email you have received from us or you can ask us to remove your data and unsubscribe by sending an email to The data of inactive email list subscribers including the email address and the name are deleted regurlarly, at least once a year.
