Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Contact forms

We collect name and email address and the content you type in when you use the contact form, the application form and the email list subscription form. We use this information to contact you.

We collect the messages you type in when you use the chat box. We use this information to communicate with you.

Cookies

The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Who we share your data with

This site will not disclose, without your consent, personal information collected about you, except for certain explicit circumstances in which disclosure is required by law or it is necessary for us to provide our service to you and as such we may disclose your personal data to third parties service providers, subcontractors for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf (e.g. to host our servers), but in these instances we will limit the information shared to as low as minimumally possible & hold your information as confidentially as possible. You may use un-identifiable information on the forms if you wish to stay anonymous, just make sure that the email address is valid so I can contact you.

The contact form information is collected by using third-party companies’ products. These companies are Typeform, Forminator and Elementor. How we protect your data

We protect your data by keeping our security measures and protocols systematically and constantly up-to-date and make regurlar security check-ups and improvements.

The site is SSL encrypted.

What data breach procedures we have in place

In case of a data breach, we will contact the correct authorities and immediately make sure to minimize the effects of such an event, to the best of our capabilities, and investigate and take all the necessary action to prevent that from happening again.

How long we retain your data

Predominantly we retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service or product you requested.

We regurarly, at least four times a year, clean and empty the information we have stored.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

If you join the email list, your data, name and email address, is there until you indicate you want it removed. We will remove your email list data, when you click the “UNSUBSCRIBE” link at the bottom of the email you have received from us or you can ask us to remove your data and unsubscribe by sending an email to stellarparadigmconsulting@proton.me. The data of inactive email list subscribers including the email address and the name are deleted regurlarly, at least once a year.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
