REMOVE THE SHAME OR THE FEAR OUT OF THE EQUATION

SYNOPSIS

Want better results? Want to shift out of negative patterns that don’t serve you slash be of use to you? Remove the shame or the fear out-of the equation. Fear makes your actions powerless (when you’re acting out of it vs. acting despite it), shame suppresses your results.

WHAT DOES SHAME MANIFEST AS?

Shame suppresses our results because the energy we send out when we do it comes from a place of “I am not worthy, don’t look at me”. And because what we create is an extension of our energy, it is reflected in it and in the results.

It has significant negative impacts on our energetics and efforts also because it causes energy depletion: it takes away our life force energy and vitality and it gets directed internally to downplaying and beating ourselves. It creates energetic blockages of suppression. Shames hides us and looks like havoc in the way we internally talk to and about ourselves. Emotionally it looks like panic.

You can spot shame from words that come out of mouths like: “I need to..”, “I have to do..”, “I should have done..” which can sound normal, but when you compare it to how more expansive state sounds like – “I want more this.., I want to do this more like this/in this way/etc, I want more this kind of thing in my life” – the difference is noticeable.

It doesn’t mean that you can’t have any shame in you or if you have then you will not get results, but it means to put effort and awareness in.

WHAT DOES FEAR MANIFEST AS?

Fear affects our energetics similar. Fear and shame both “freeze” our energy, but in different ways. Shame freezes you internally and hides you, fear freezes more your outward action. It doesn’t necessarily create or have self-identity blocks. Fear affects the way you see the situations and how you respond or act.

The deal with the fear is that it makes us question our action. Thereby we don’t put all of energy, focus and effort in. Or we don’t make the action in the right time – because we have pulled back ‘cause of fear. Thus fear dilutes our action – and our capability to follow our intuition and intuitive action.

The questioning makes our action less powerful.

CONCLUSION

When we want to have the best results and the best performance, fear and shame in ourselves is something we will become acquainted with. The better the tools we have to address these two, the faster and better our performance and results become in our mission.
